Andriani broke down her wellness secrets in an interview with Telly Chakkar. She says that she does a lot of different exercises. She also says that she continued her fitness during the pandemic. "I'm walking, practicing yoga and following various workouts on YouTube, sometimes functional, sometimes weight lifting."
Andriani is a pretty healthy eater. She tells IwmBuzz.com some of her diet secrets. "I have healthy food as a lifestyle and I am a vegetarian. I constantly try to keep a low carbs intake, but wouldn't call myself a diet person. This is my lifestyle, I have never weighed my ingredients." "A vegetarian diet can be a loose term. Oftentimes, people choose certain foods that come from animal products that they choose to abstain from and may include others. Vegetarian diets have been shown to be very heart healthy. They generally are lower in saturated fat than traditional unrestricted diets and they do tend to be a little higher in fiber when followed properly," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD to the Cleveland Clinic.
Andriani tells IwmBuzz.com that she looks to others to inspire her. She says that people who stay healthy and in shape are her biggest inspirations. "I can say I'm inspired by those who stay healthy and grow older and fitter, as they're a big motivation and give me hope that when years go by I'll still look better and better. Like Suniel Shetty for example."
While Andriani might be inspired by others, she isn't trying to look like them. She tells IwmBuzz.com that she doesn't compare her body to other people's, and focuses on herself. "Everybody has a different body shape, and I'm aware that my body could never shape up like anybody else's and vice versa, so I couldn't give a name of who I'd like to look like."
For Andriani, fitness isn't about losing weight. It's about making herself feel better. When IwmBuzz.com asked her to define what fitness is to her, the actress answered, "Fitness means respecting my body and making my mind happy." "Exercise helps prevent and improve a number of health problems, including high blood pressure, diabetes and arthritis. Research on depression, anxiety and exercise shows that the psychological and physical benefits of exercise can also help improve mood and reduce anxiety," says the Mayo Clinic.
